If you are still unable to login after password retreival:
Ensure cookies are turned ON.
To turn on cookies in Interent Explorer, Go To Tools then Internet Options then Privacy.
Scroll the slider all the way down to the bottom so it says Accept All Cookies
The slider should look like this:
